A 15-minute virtual or phone consult to discuss concerns, determine whether evaluation/treatment is warranted, provide resources as needed

Evaluation
Comprehensive case history and evaluation to determine whether speech services are warranted. Caregiver and patient input are essential components of the assessment. Results, interpretation, summary and recommendations included within the report.

Treatment
A 45-minute therapy session that targets individualized goals related to evaluation results, caregiver concerns, and holistic needs of the person. Strategies to support speech and language will be modeled and practiced. Time will be allotted to inform caregivers of progress and strategies to support generalization of skills.

Caregiver Coaching Session
To support carry over of strategies and techniques, 30-minute caregiver coaching sessions are offered. It can be an overwhelming role to care for loved ones who have complex communicative needs. It’s important to incorporate those needs and concerns in therapy to ease frustration during this transitional time. During this time, caregivers learn how to use therapeutic tools within the home to target specific areas of need.
Payment Guidelines
Private pay is accepted through online payment, debit card, cash or check.
Payment in full is required prior to the start time of the scheduled session.
Insurance plans are not accepted at this time. However, a superbill may be provided upon request for insurance reimbursement.
